CUSTOMERS INFORMATION concerning personal data protection ART. 13 D. lgs. 30.06.2003, n. 196

In compliance with the provisions and pursuant to Art. 13 D. Lgs. 30 June 2003, Box International Srl with address on B. Bisagno Avenue 6 / 15 - 16129 Genova, in his capacity as owner, to inform customers about what are the purposes and methods of personal data collected processing, their scope of communication and dissemination, as well as the nature of their contribution.

The customers data collected, for which the treatment will be processed and used directly to fulfill instrumental purposes to the completion and management of business activity and those necessary to perform the work assigned to it by the same customer, as well as activities related to these such as storage, billing, processing, and those required by law in full compliance with the principle of fairness and the legal provisions.

Furthermore, data collected from customers are used to send informational comunications or for commercial and promotional purposes, either by mail or through newsletters, fax, e-mail.

The data processing is done through paper and computer by the owner and the employees of insiders. The data are stored in paper files and electronic equipment with full assurance of minimum security measures provided by the legislature.

Personal data, accounting and tax will not be distributed, sold or exchanged with third parties, except for comunications to third parties for the performance of functional activities to the holder, such as: administrative, accounting and tax, and except when this is essential to the implementation of obligations of the parties. In that case the use by third parties will be in full compliance with the principle of fairness and the legal provisions.

Interested parties may assert their rights as expressed by articles. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of D.Lgs. 30 June 2003 No 196, by contacting the data controller. In particular, under art. 7 the party can obtain confirmation of existance whether or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form. You have the right to obtain indication: a) the origin of personal data b) the purposes and methods of treatment c) the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments d) of identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2 e) subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents. You have the right to: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data, b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block of data in violation of the law, including those which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. You have the right to object, in whole or in part, a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent to the purpose of collection b) the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.

The holder is the company Box International S.r.l. with address on B. Bisagno Avenue 6/15 – 16129 Genoa.

The data will be kept for the time required to carry out its purposes and activities as required by law with particular reference to the tax rules and accounting.

The data provision is optional, however, the refusal to answer involves the impossibility for the owner to act on the report and to fulfill its obligations in connection therewith.

Under Article. 24 D. Lgs. 196/2003 the consent to the processing of these data is not necessary as they are collected to comply with legal obligations or to perform obligations under contract.

Similarly, the consent to the processing of data communications for institutional or commercial activity and promotion of society is not necessary as the same they are used for commercial communications relevant to the contractual relationship.
